Everyone can fit into snapback caps

I have never been able to get baseball hats to fit my head. It seemed like they were always too small and then I found snapback caps. That is all I will wear now. I even gave up some of my favorite, custom to fit, caps in favor of these.

I would have problems when I would cut my hair too, it seemed my hats no longer fit properly. Being adjustable, snapback caps always fit no matter what my hairstyle is like. This means I can always wear my caps, and don’t have to have multiple sizes of my favorites. They also come in handy if a friend needs to borrow a hat for an afternoon or something. It goes the other way too if I am at a friend’s house and need a cap, as long as they have snapback caps I am good to go.

I had to look all over the place to replace some of my favorite caps. I do believe that all of the team caps I have now without snaps are available with snaps If I can’t find one with a snapback I will just have to make do with what I have now. Maybe when the team changes a logo or moves to another city they will get this style.

I know that I will keep the older hats too. Some of them could be really worth something at some point in the future. I have some that are very special to me that I will always keep even though they do not have a snapback.

I am looking forward to getting some new caps for my collection. I plan on branching out from just sports and getting into rock band hats too. I have about 20 now and hope to have over 200 before too long.

I know the high schools have all gone to snapback caps. My kids think they are great. It only makes sense really. There is no need to keep a bunch of hats in different sizes around. They can order the number they need without having to ask for sizes. It is a pity they can’t do that for the uniforms themselves.

Can you imagine if there was a way to make jerseys and pants one size fits all and really mean it? I know they have things that claim to fit anyone, but they just do not look right on just anyone. There is no way someone five feet tall that weighs 100 pounds will look good in a uniform that was meant for someone six feet tall and almost 200 pounds.

I cannot help but be excited about snapback caps. I wonder if they use them in the military too. It would make things easier for them too. The whole thing about having to have special sizes for hats just makes snapbacks that much more ideal.

Why You Should Own a Pirate T-Shirt

It seems that lately, pirates are everywhere. From jewelry to tattoos to well…t-shirts, pirates are a fun way to display your tough, yet silly side. Pirates have gone from being a golden age boyhood fantasy to a pop culture phenomenon. This comes from the assistance of blockbuster movies, celebrities donning pirate accessories and even commercials featuring hard partying captains. So do you really need to own a pirate t-shirt? Yes. Read on to find out why.

Pirates in Movies and Television

Many of us have seen at least one or two movies in the “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise, starring Johnny Depp. This billion dollar franchise almost singlehandedly brought on our current pirate craze. Following the success of the “POTC” movies, pirates were everywhere. From rum commercials to pet costumes, it soon became hard to escape these swashbuckling marauders.

The popular television show “Mythbusters” even devoted a series of episodes to debunking some of the most prevalent myths about pirates. The shows featured the cast coming up with unique ways to find out whether popular fables such as “walking the plank” and Davy Jones’ locker could have been based in historical fact.

Our Own Spin

As we all do so well in this day and age, we put our own spin on a favorite childhood fable. Many of these fun and outrageous creations stem from blending the familiar qualities of old childhood fantasies with pieces of pop culture. Pertinent examples include ninja pirates and liquor loving marauders of the sea.

One facet of this pop culture trend that has proven popular with young people are clothing lines devoted to pirates. The looks range from whimsical to dark and tough, a look you would normally associate with the pirates of old.

Three Places You Where Pirate Shirts Should Not Be Allowed

Yes, pirate shirts are a great item to have in your closet. However, they should stay where they are when one of the following occasions come up:

Your wedding-Your future spouse loves you and all your faults, with the exception of your tendency to wear pirate shirts at inappropriate events. Yes, the day you pledge your love to one person for the rest of your life is one of those times.

Job interviews-The only exception is if you’re interviewing to be a rum drinking pirate.

Your court trial-Unless you think living in a jail cell for the next twenty years will be like Davy Jones’ locker, stick with the suit and tie look.
